Receiving & Checking Your Order
I kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives, to make sure everything is correct. If any damage occurred during shipping, please report it to the carrier within five 5 days. Visible damage upon delivery should be noted on the delivery receipt. I also appreciate it if you forward a copy of the claim to Peracotta.
Please check all tiles before installation. Installing the tiles means you have accepted the product — unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for issues discovered after installation.

Production & Delivery Time
Because each item is made with care and attention, custom or special orders may take up to 60 days after confirmation, depending on the materials involved. If you have a specific deadline, feel free to reach out and we will discuss what is possible.

Installation
I do not offer installation services, and Peracotta cannot be held responsible for any installation, grouting, sealing, or maintenance issues once the tiles have been delivered.

Natural Variation
All tiles — especially those that are handmade — will show some variation in colour, tone or size. These differences are part of what make them special. On the hand-painted tiles, crazing (fine surface cracks in the glaze) is also a natural characteristic and not considered a flaw.

Returns
Hand-painted tile panels are non-returnable and orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Panels from the handmade edition may be returned within 8 days, but not for reasons related to colour or image. Please email me at carlotta.peracotta@gmail.com first. After confirmation, you will have 7 days to return or bring back the piece. In case of damage during shipping, I will file a report with the insurer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in good, undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Payment & Terms
All pieces must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Any additional costs (such as shipping) must be paid before the item is sent out.

Unexpected Events
Peracotta is a one-woman studio, and while I do my best to meet all timelines, I can not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond my control — such as natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues, or transport problems. If something happens, I will always do my best to communicate with you and adjust the delivery timeline accordingly.
Care & Responsibility
Damage caused by incorrect installation, impact, misuse, extreme temperatures or cleaning products is not covered. Small differences in tone, texture, or surface character are part of the nature of ceramic tiles and are not considered defects.
