After placing your order, please describe your idea in the text field above.
Once your purchase is completed, kindly email your reference image to
info@peracotta.earth
and include your order number in the subject line.
 
Please include your child’s name and any birth details you would like to appear on the plate (such as date, time or weight).
 
I will personally review your request and confirm feasibility before starting.
 
You will receive a digital sketch for approval before I begin painting. Minor adjustments are included.
